Why was my order delayed or cancelled?

Your order may be delayed or cancelled if:

  • The address and telephone number you provided for your credit card account does not match what your bank has on file.
  • You are shipping your order to an address other than your billing address.

If either of these conditions applies to your order, you may be contacted by Bloomingdale's Customer Service for additional verification. If they are unable to reach you, your order may be cancelled.
