Either your Reward Card has expired, or your Loyallist account information is missing from bWallet. Check the My Account page for your Loyallist details--if your details are not displayed, select "Add Your Loyallist Number."

After a Reward Card has expired, it will not show up in bWallet. You will see an "Expiring soon" message next to your Reward Card within 30 days of expiration as a reminder.
