Either your Reward Card has expired, or your Loyallist account information is missing from bWallet. Check the <a href="https://www.bloomingdales.com/account/myaccount">My Account</a> page for your Loyallist details--if your details are not displayed, select &quot;Add Your Loyallist Number.&quot; After a Reward Card has expired, it will not show up in bWallet.
