All you need to know about UPS Access Points!
  • A UPS Access Point is a safe and convenient location you can use to ship and receive packages. UPS Access Points are located at local retailers and UPS stores near you.

  • When you select UPS Access Point as your delivery method, your items will be shipped to the UPS Access Point location of your choice. You will receive an email when your package arrives, and you (or the designated pickup person) will be required to show a valid government ID and tracking number for pickup.

  • Yes. During checkout, you can designate a UPS Access Point pickup person. Ensure that the name appears exactly as it does on their government-issued ID. They will need that ID and the tracking number of your order to pick up your package.

  • You can track your order any time after it is placed from the Track Shipment link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

  • Yes. Packages with attached, pre-paid UPS shipping labels can be returned at a UPS Access Point location near you.
