When will my order be ready?
If your order is placed by 3:00PM in your local time zone, it will be ready for pick up that day. You’ll be notified when your order is ready for pick up.
What if I don't get a notification that my order is ready for pick up?
You can visit My Account to view the order status or call Customer Service at 1.800.777.0000 during business hours.
What if I place an order when the store is closed?
You will be notified by email and/or text when your order is ready for pick up, usually the next business day. If your local store is closed on Sunday, the order will be available for pick up the following business day.
What do I need to bring to pick up my order?
Bring your order confirmation number and/or confirmation email along with a government-issued ID such as:
Who can pick up the order?
The person placing the order online (the billing customer) OR an alternate pick up person that is identified during online checkout.
How long do I have to pick up my order?
Your selected store will hold your order for seven (7) days. If after seven (7) days your order has not been picked up, your order will be cancelled and you will be issued a refund. If you paid for the order with a Gift or Reward Card, a new card will be issued for pick up at the store.
Where do I go to pick up my order?
Pick up locations vary by store. Instructions will be included in your pick up notification email.
Are in-store pick up orders subject to local county bag fees?
Yes, certain governments where Bloomingdale's stores operate require Bloomingdale's to charge a fee by law for each merchandise carry-out bag provided to customers.
