Third Party Sellers
What are the shipping, returns, and refund policies for items sold and shipped by a third-party seller?

Merchandise purchased on bloomingdales.com and sold and shipped by a third-party seller can be returned using our online return tool.

All returns must be mailed back to the seller. Refunds will be processed once the seller has received and inspected the merchandise. Most refunds are processed within 5-10 days.

While refunds cannot be processed in stores, store associates can assist with your return at bHelpful. They will mail the item back on your behalf.

Note, if the seller determines returned items are not covered by the Bloomingdale’s return policy the seller may deny the refund and mail items back to the customer.


Shipping:

Items sold and shipped by a third-party seller can only be shipped to the contiguous United States.

Items sold and shipped by a third-party seller can only ship via standard delivery. Loyallists and customers making a purchase of $150.00 or more qualify for free shipping. For shipping fee details, visit our Customer Service page on shipping fees.


Returns and refunds:

To process a return, please follow the prompts within your profile on Bloomingdales.com or visit Bloomingdales.com/easyreturns. You have 90 days to return most Bloomingdale’s purchases and all original tags need to be attached. TOL customers are not exempt from this timeframe.

The following have special returns policies:

  • Pre-Owned Luxury (REBAG and myGemma)
    • If you are not satisfied with your pre-owned watch, jewelry, or handbag purchase you will have 14 days from the delivery date to make the return. Please ensure the tags remain attached, the item is unaltered, and all original paperwork, receipt, and packaging are included in the return packaging.
    • Items cannot be refunded in stores, however a store associate can assist with shipping the item back on your behalf.

  • Saint Laurent
    • 30 Days for Handbags
    • 90 Days for Shoes
    • Returns for items purchased online should be shipped back using our online return tool Items purchased online cannot be refunded in stores, however a store associate can assist with shipping the item back on your behalf.
    • Returns for items purchased in store can only be done at the Bloomingdale’s Saint Laurent Accessory boutique:
      • 59th Street
      • Roosevelt Field
      • Valley Fair
      • Century City

      • South Coast Plaza
    • Online-originated purchases may be shipped back or brought to one of the listed locations

  • Lanvin
    • 30 days

  • Food and Beverage Items
    • Food (including pet food) and beverages are final sale.

  • Sexual Wellness
    • Due to the intimate nature of these items, all sales are final.

  • Breast Pumps
    • Due to the intimate nature of these items, Breast Pumps can only be returned if sent back unopened and in their original packaging.


Exchanges:

Items shipped and sold by a third-party seller are not eligible for exchanges.


Price adjustments:

Items shipped and sold by a third-party seller are not eligible for price adjustments.
