Depending on which of our warehouses we locate the merchandise, there's a chance you'll receive your order in multiple boxes. As your merchandise leaves our warehouse, we'll charge the form of payment that you used when placing your order and will send a shipment confirmation . You can use this email to obtain the tracking numbers related to your shipment.

When you order with bloomingdales.com, we'll send you multiple emails to keep you updated on your order status.
We'll send you a detailed email if your merchandise becomes temporarily back-ordered with the manufacturer. This email will provide a new expected ship date and instructions on how to accept or decline the back-ordered merchandise. Please note that the Federal Trade Commission rule requires that you contact us within 30 days of the original ship date to avoid cancellation.
