Our Covid-19 Response
The health and well-being of our customers and colleagues remains our top priority. We have put several safeguards in place in accordance with state guidelines and the CDC so you can shop with confidence in whatever way you’re most comfortable:

  • Temperature and wellness checks for all associates at the start of each shift
  • Mask requirements at all times for employees and customers
  • Enhanced cleaning and sanitation measures throughout the store, including dressing rooms and high-touch areas such as counters and registers
  • Social distancing throughout the store and at registers (made easier by our stores' spacious size and high ceilings)
  • Plexiglass shields at checkout counters
  • New safety protocols in areas like beauty and fine jewelry
  • In-store and virtual shopping appointments, plus reduced store services, to alleviate crowding BOOK AN APPOINTMENT



CONTACTLESS CURBSIDE PICKUP AND IN-STORE PICKUP

Place your order online and pick it up either in store or curbside (we’ll bring it down to you) the same day—usually within 2 hours! To find eligible items at your preferred store, filter by Pick Up in Store.



SAME DAY DELIVERY

We now offer Same Day Delivery for the cost of standard shipping plus a $20 fee (Loyallists just pay the $20 fee).

Please note: This option is not currently available on the Bloomingdale's app—you’ll need to complete checkout on a desktop or our mobile site to use this service.
