How can I find out if an item is available for Pick Up At Store?

You can locate items available for Pick Up At Store with curbside options by using our search & browse option. Once you have searched or browsed to a product page, you will see "GET IT FAST" options. You will be able to check the box to narrow the search to items available for "Same Day" and "Pick Up At Store".

On the product page, under the color, size, and quantity options you will see the item shipping options for the item you are viewing specific to the location you have set as your store.

How do I change my pick up location?

The pick up location must be changed BEFORE submitting your order.  Follow the steps below to change your store location.

From the product page:

  1. Click on "Check other stores", found below the "PICK UP AT STORE" option
  2. Enter your zip code OR city/state and select the distance within your zip code that you want to search for a Bloomingdale's store and click "SEARCH"
  3. Select your preferred store and click "SAVE"

From Your Brown Bag:

  1. Click on "CHECK ANOTHER STORE" found above your merchandise selections
  2. Enter your zip code OR city/state and select the distance within your zip code that you want to search for a Bloomingdale's store and click "SEARCH"
  3. Select your preferred store and click "SAVE"

Please note: If your preferred store is not listed, the merchandise is NOT currently available for Pick Up At Store for this store location.

What if the store I want to pick up from doesn’t have the merchandise I want?

If you would like to order an item that is not available at your selected store, you can check availability at another store and select that location for pick up OR you can have the item shipped to your home.

If an item is not available at my preferred store, can it be shipped to the store from another location?

No. We will not ship an item to your preferred store. However, you can choose to have the item shipped to your home.

How do I change or cancel my order for pick up?

After you place your order, you have 15 minutes to make changes or cancel it.  For more details, click here

Can I select different delivery methods for all the items in my brown bag?

Yes. You may choose to have all items shipped, pick up eligible items in-store or curbside, or ship items that are ineligible for Pick Up At Store.

Please note: Pick Up At Store is limited to only one (1) store per order.  Deliveries are only available to one (1) address per order.

Why do I see a shipping charge during checkout for my Pick Up At Store order?

At checkout, be sure to choose "Pick Up At Store" as the delivery option to pick up or curbside.  Once this option is chosen, your shipping fee should disappear.  If the "PICK UP AT STORE" option is not available, the merchandise is not currently available for Pick Up At Store.  You may choose "SHIP" instead and have the merchandise delivered to you.

When will I be charged?

Your card will be charged when you are notified that the merchandise is ready for pick up.

Will I still be charged a delivery fee if I Pick Up At Store?

No.  This service is free!

Can I place an order for Pick Up At Store outside of the United States?

No. Pick Up At Store is only available in the contiguous United States.
