How to Order Furniture and Mattresses
  • For assistance with a furniture or mattress purchase:

  • Most of our locations will have this merchandise on display, with some exceptions. To view the list of location exceptions, please click here.

  • Yes, generally we can set up a delivery for the furniture item you would like even if it is not on display anywhere near you. Please speak to a sales associate to check product availability in your delivery area.

  • We do not offer furniture or mattress pick up from the warehouse or stores. Instead, we will deliver the merchandise to your home and set it up for you. To see all the benefits of home delivery, please click here.

  • Yes. Samples of available colors and fabrics may be viewed at a showroom near you.

    If you are not located near a Bloomingdale's showroom, please call us at 1.866.593.2540 to have fabric samples mailed to your home.

  • Yes. We offer split box springs as well and many other options. We would love to speak with you and answer all your questions regarding your mattress needs.

    For assistance with a mattress purchase:

  • Yes, Bloomingdale's requires a 33% non-refundable deposit for all special orders. Vendor ship times may vary; your sales associate has only provided you with an estimate of ship time.

  • Spills, stains, scratches-accidents happen in every room. But with the WORRYNOMORE® Protection Plan, when purchased with your new furniture, you can rest easy knowing your furniture will be protected for years to come. This Ultimate plan covers:

    • 5 years of worry-free use of your furniture
    • In-home professional furniture repair
    • Nationwide service network so your protection moves with you
    • Replacement of furniture that can't be repaired*

    WORRYNOMORE Protection can be added to your furniture at the time of purchase or up to 14 days after delivery. To purchase after delivery, please call us at 866-593-2540.

  • Should you cancel your order within 7 days of the sale date, you will receive a refund of your deposit. After 7 days, Bloomingdales cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges of special order merchandise and your non-refundable deposit of 33% will be forfeited. Vendor ship times may vary; your sales associate has only provided you with an estimate of ship time. To cancel your special order, please email us.

  • To cancel all or part of your furniture or mattress order, please email us or contact us by phone at 1.800.323.7857. You will need your:

    • Sales check number, which is located at the top of your receipt
    • Delivery address
    • Delivery date
