To request a replacement card, you'll need to add your Bloomingdale's Credit Card or Bloomingdale's American Express Card® to your bloomingdales.com profile. If you need help adding your card, please
" and log-in to your account with your email address and password.
Select the "Credit summary" link under the "My Bloomingdale's Credit Card" section.
Select the "I want to…" drop down box on the top right hand side of the page and choose "Order a Replacement Card".
Here you will provide the required information then submit your request.
