How do I request a replacement card?

To request a replacement card, you'll need to add your Bloomingdale's Credit Card or Bloomingdale's American Express Card® to your bloomingdales.com profile. If you need help adding your card, please click here.

  • Select " My Account " and log in to your account with your email address and password.
  • Select the "Credit summary" link under the "My Bloomingdale's Credit Card" section.
  • Select the "I want to…" drop-down box on the top right-hand side of the page and choose "Order a Replacement Card".

Here you will provide the required information and then submit your request.
