How do I report a lost or stolen card online?

To report your Bloomingdale's Credit Card or Bloomingdale's American Express® Card lost or stolen online at, you will need to provide information about your card and how it was lost or stolen as well as identify potentially fraudulent transactions.

  • Select " My Account " and log-in to your account with your email address and password.
  • Select the "Credit summary" link under the "My Bloomingdale's Credit Card" section.
  • Select the "I want to…" drop down box on the top right hand side of the page and choose "Report a Lost or Stolen Card".

Here you can provide information about how your card was lost or stolen so a new card can be issued to you.
