How do I report a lost or stolen card online?

To report your Bloomingdale's Credit Card or Bloomingdale's American Express® Card lost or stolen online at, you will need to provide information about your card and how it was lost or stolen as well as identify potentially fraudulent transactions.   • Select "My Accountand log in to your account with your email address and password.
  • Select the "Credit summary" link under the "Bloomingdale's Credit Card" section.
  • Select the "I want to…" drop-down box on the top right-hand side of the page and choose "Report a Lost or Stolen Card".

On the next page, here's what to do:

  • Make sure your account is current by making any necessary payments
  • Identify potentially fraudulent transactions
  • Provide information about your card and how it was lost or stolen
  • Submit your report, and leave the rest to us

You can expect your new card within 7 to 10 days.
