- Merchandise purchased on bloomingdales.com can also be exchanged at any Bloomingdale’s store location within 90 days of ordering
- Items carried in stores vary between locations and not all items online are carried in all stores.
- Online purchases cannot be exchanged at a Bloomingdale’s The Outlet Store.
- If your item to be exchanged was received as a gift , we will mail you a gift card after Bloomingdale’s receives your return.
To make your exchange:
Bring your packing slip/invoice with the bar code attached along with the item to be exchanged. Our Sales Associate will scan the bar code on your packing slip/invoice and complete the exchange.
