If you believe the balance of your Bloomingdale&#x27;s gift card is incorrect, Bloomingdale&#x27;s will be happy to review your gift card balance once you have completed the following steps:1. Print and complete a <a href="http://customerservice-bloomingdales.com/articles/bloomingdales-gift-card-balance-dispute-form/">Gift Card Balance Dispute Form</a>2. Provide a copy of the front and back of the Gift Card with your dispute form3. Include a valid proof of purchase for the Gift Card4. Email the above documents to <a href="mailto:giftcardclaims@Macys.com">giftcardclaims@Macys.com</a>Please note that only requests submitted with the proper documentation will be accepted.  Due to privacy and security concerns, Bloomingdale&#x27;s does not accept online claim requests without a copy of the front and back of the Gift Card.<hr/>If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please contact the Gift Card department at 1-800-511-2752.
