How do I cancel or edit an AutoPay or a one-time payment?

To cancel or edit an AutoPay or a one-time payment, you will need to access your Bloomingdale's credit account.

  • Select " Bloomingdale's Credit Card " and log into your account with your email address and password.
  • Select the "Manage AutoPay" link under the "Make a Payment" button.


You can review your scheduled payments in the "Upcoming Payments" section. Click the plus sign for any scheduled payment to reveal the full payment details or to edit or delete as necessary.
