• Select " My Account " and log in to your account with your email address and password.
• Select the "Credit summary" link under the "Bloomingdale's Credit Card" section.
• Select the "I want to…" drop-down box on the top right-hand side of the page and choose "Dispute a Charge".
• Provide the required information to dispute a charge.
