You'll need to add your Bloomingdale's Credit Card or your Bloomingdale's American Express® Card to your bloomingdales.com profile to dispute a charge. If you need help adding your card, please click here.
- Select " My Account " and log in to your account with your email address and password.
- Select the "Credit summary" link under the "Bloomingdale's Credit Card" section.
- Select the "I want to…" drop-down box on the top right-hand side of the page and choose "Dispute a Charge".
- Provide the required information to dispute a charge.
