Order change timeframe

After your order has been submitted, you have 30 minutes to change certain information:<ul><li data-block-key="dbqcp">Shipping information such as name, address, or phone number</li><li data-block-key="eeldw">Item color or size</li><li data-block-key="wjtzh">Adding or removing items</li></ul>The following information cannot be changed once an order has been placed:<ul><li data-block-key="b5h6k">Payment method</li><li data-block-key="hisw0">Billing Information such as name, address, or phone number</li></ul>To request changes to your order, you must contact Customer Service. Your method of payment may need to be re-authorized if changes are made to your order, so please have it available

Changing your order

Whether you&#x27;re signed in using your Bloomingdale&#x27;s account or you checked out as a guest, you have 30 minutes to cancel your order online from the time it was submitted.If you&#x27;re signed in using your Bloomingdale&#x27;s account:<ul><li data-block-key="lrba3">Select the Order Details link of the order you wish to cancel</li><li data-block-key="2diml">Select the Cancel Order link on the Order Details page</li><li data-block-key="r03uw">Once the cancel confirmation appears, select Yes to confirm that you are canceling the order</li><li data-block-key="mbus9">You&#x27;ll receive an email confirmation that your order has been canceled</li></ul>If you checked out as a guest:<ul><li data-block-key="yq9uf">Visit <a href="https://www.bloomingdales.com/purchases">bloomingdale&#x27;s Purchase History</a> to utilize the lookup feature using your order</li><li data-block-key="lhxjm">Select the Cancel Order link on the Order Details page</li><li data-block-key="zbumd">Once the cancel confirmation appears, select Yes to confirm that you are canceling the order</li><li data-block-key="u6ggb">You&#x27;ll receive an email confirmation that your order has been canceled</li></ul>

Canceling an order online

If you’re unable to cancel your order, you can:<ul><li data-block-key="m3g5e">Contact the carrier (UPS or USPS) once it ships and ask if your order can be returned to us (there is no guarantee that it can be rerouted)</li><li data-block-key="34geg">Refuse the package at the time of delivery to have your order returned to us and we’ll process a refund within 10 days of receipt</li><li data-block-key="lc2z7">Return your purchase by mail or in store –for more info on returns, here’s our <a href="https://customerservice-bloomingdales.com/articles/returns-faqs">Return Policy</a></li></ul>
