How do I add or remove items to my Brown Bag?

To add items to your Brown Bag:

  1. Click the desired item you would like to purchase and select the applicable product options, such as size, color, and quantity.
  2. Click “Add To Brown Bag”.
  3. A pop-up box will appear to let you know the item was added to your Brown Bag. On the pop-up box, you have two options:
    A) The “Continue Shopping” button allows you to browse other items.
    B) The “Checkout” button initiates the checkout process.
  4. If your item qualifies for a "gift with purchase", the bonus item will automatically be added to your Brown Bag, and its value reduced from the total.
    • If the bonus gift with purchase is not added to your bag, then it means the bonus item has been sold out and is no longer available online. If it is also offered in stores, you may check with your local store for availability.


To remove items or change quantities of items in your Brown Bag:

  1. You can remove items in your Brown Bag by clicking the “Remove” option under the item quantity.
  2. To change quantities in your Brown Bag, use the dropdown in the “Quantity” box for each item.

  • Click on “My Brown Bag” located at the top right of your browser.
  • Verify that your order is correct.
  • Enter any promo code that you may have. (Don't have a promo code? Sign up for emails on sale events and special offers.)
  • Verify your total.
  • Sign in to your account or continue as a guest.
  • Enter your shipping and billing information.
  • Choose your payment method.
  • Confirm your order.

  • You can locate items available for Pick Up At Store with curbside options by using our search & browse option. Once you have searched or browsed to a product page, you will see "GET IT FAST" options. You will be able to check the box to narrow the search to items available for "Same Day" and "Pick Up At Store".


    On the product page, under the color, size, and quantity options you will see the item shipping options for the item you are viewing specific to the location you have set as your store.



  • Yes. You may choose to have all items shipped, pick up eligible items in-store or curbside, or ship items that are ineligible for Pick Up At Store.


    Please note: Pick Up At Store is limited to only one (1) store per order.  Deliveries are only available to one (1) address per order.
