Furniture can be returned for preference reasons within three (3) days of delivery.Mattresses have a one (1) year preference period.Applicable fees will apply to all preference returns. A Preference return is a return based on personal reasons. For example, you do not like the height, color or comfort of an item. This is different from returning an item due to it being defective or damaged while in-transit. Preference Return Period

We want you to be perfectly content with  your new mattress. If at any time within the first 365 days after your mattress delivery you feel you aren&#x27;t satisfied, notify a sales professional and we will issue a credit toward a one-time reselection, minus applicable fees calculated as a percentage of the original purchase price of your mattress. Original delivery fees are not refundable. A pick-up fee of $149.00 will be charged for all mattresses, except in the case of a manufacturer defect. Furniture Hold Policy

Clearance and &#x27;As Is&#x27; merchandise is purchased on an &#x27;As Is&#x27; and &#x27;with all faults&#x27; basis. The entire risk as to quality and performance of the merchandise is with the buyer. Should the merchandise prove defective following purchase, the buyer, and not the manufacturer, distributor, or retailer assumes the cost of all necessary servicing or repairs. Clearance and &#x27;As Is&#x27; merchandise may not be exchanged, returned, or receive a price adjustment and is not covered by any warranties for existing or future damage.

Final Sale/As Is Merchandise Return Policy

Because special order merchandise is manufactured especially for you, Bloomingdales requires a 33% non-refundable deposit for all Special Orders. Production begins immediately so modifications to your order can only be made within 7 days from the date of sale. Should you cancel your order within 7 days of the sale date, you will receive a refund of your deposit. After 7 days, Bloomingdales cannot accept cancellations, returns or exchanges of special order merchandise and your non-refundable deposit will be forfeited. Vendor ship times may vary; your sales associate has only provided you with an estimate of ship time. Customer pick-ups are only available at designated locations. We request that upon pick-up, you carefully examine each piece of merchandise. Exchanges/returns must be completed at the original pick-up location. If you wish the exchange/return to be handled by our delivery company, a pick-up fee will be assessed based on your delivery area. Consult a sales associate for rates in your area.
