How can I find a registry?

Click here to get started. Then simply enter either registrants' name then click SEARCH. The list that comes up may include multiple couples, make sure to choose the correct couple and click on the line which will take you to the couple’s registry selections.

How can I place an order?

To place an order online just follow these easy steps:

  • On The Registry, go to FIND. Enter the requested information and select GO.
  • From there, click on the registrants' name to view their gift registry.
  • You will have the opportunity to view images of gift registry merchandise. When you are ready to make a gift selection, enter the quantity you wish to purchase into the box next to the gift item description. Repeat this step for additional gifts.
  • Once you've made your gift selections, click on ADD TO BAG.
  • Before proceeding to check out, you can add a personal message for the couple.
  • You will be able to view all the items in your bag and proceed to the checkout by clicking on CHECKOUT. (We store the couple's gift registry address, so you don't have to remember it or enter it during Checkout.)
  • Within minutes of completing Checkout, the gift registry list will be appropriately updated to reflect your purchase.

How do I get assistance with an order?

Contact Customer Service at 1-800-888-2933 and a representative will be able to assist you.

How do I know what they still need?

When viewing a registry, the "still needs" column shows items that are still available for purchase.

How can I purchase an item that’s listed on the registry but not available online?

To order any item that’s currently unavailable for purchase online, please contact your nearest store to speak to an associate who can place your order.

If I order several items, will they be shipped together?

Your items may be shipped separately, depending on availability.

How will I know if an item is backordered?

You will receive an e-mail and may be asked to indicate if you would like to continue with the order. Please carefully monitor your e-mail and contact Customer Service at 1-800-888-2933.

I can't see the registrant’s shipping information. How can I send a gift from the registry?

For privacy reasons, we do not display the registrant’s shipping address. When you select to have merchandise shipped, we'll ship it to the address they have on file with us.

If I live outside of the U.S., can I purchase a registry gift and ship it to the United States?

If you are using a credit card with a U.S. billing address, you may place your order online at any time.


If you are shipping to the U.S. but have an international billing address, you can place your order over the phone. Call Customer Service at (IDD #) +1 (513) 573-8170. We are available 24 hours/day, 7 days/week.

How can I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order by contacting Customer Service at 1-800-888-2933. A representative will be able to assist you in most cases, depending on the status of your order.

Do you offer gift packaging and messaging?

Yes, Bloomingdales offers gift wrap and personalized gift messaging. You are also able to choose Include Gift Receipt with omitted prices as a gift option as well.

Gift Wrap

On the Checkout page, within the Shipping Options you will see Gift Options*. Click "This order contains a gift" and choose Bloomingdale's Gift Wrap ($5.00 per order). If this is greyed out, then Gift Wrap is not available for this item.

*Note: Some larger items and items shipped directly from the vendor cannot be placed in gift boxes. These items will not allow gift wrap as an option. Top of the List Loyalist unlimited free gift wrap is available in store only.

Personalized Gift Messages

Whether you choose to include gift wrap or not, you always have the option to add a personalized gift message for no additional charge. On the Checkout page, within the Shipping Options you will see Gift Options. Click "This order contains a gift" and choose Include Gift Message and type in your personal message (which will be printed on a card and sent with your gift)

Can I order a Gift Card for a gift?

Yes! If they have added Gift Cards to their Gift Preference List, you will see a picture of a Bloomingdales Gift Card with an ADD TO BAG button. Once you click on the ADD TO BAG a window will pop up where you can choose a pre-populated amount, or you can enter a custom amount between $10 and $1000.

You will then select E-mail or Mail delivery, there is an additional box for you to leave an optional gift message and then you will ADD TO BAG. At this point you can either add additional items by clicking Back to Registry or you can check out by clicking VIEW BAG.

As long as you are purchasing the Gift Card from their Preference List depending on whether you are emailing or shipping a physical Gift Card the order will pick up the appropriate address/email based upon what the couple has indicated.
