If your merchandise is in stock, you will select a delivery date at checkout. If your merchandise is on order we will contact you as soon as it arrives in our warehouse to arrange delivery.

ON THE DAY OF DELIVERY PLEASE:

Make yourself or another adult available for your delivery

Know where you want your new furniture to be placed

Make sure the area is cleared

Remove any fragile or breakable items before delivery

If pictures are removed from the walls, remove nails and hooks as well
OUR DELIVERY TEAM WILL BE HAPPY TO:

Protect your floors and carpeting by using pads on the floors/carpets, and/or wearing protective booties

Set up and place your merchandise where you want it
-
Assemble beds and place bedding on bed frames, and place bed skirt on your new box spring

Deluxe your new furniture, which includes cleaning mirrors, glass and wood finishes
-
Vacuum area where old bedding is removed

Remove packing material from your home
OUR DELIVERY TEAM CANNOT:

Carry merchandise up more than three flights of stairs

Hang mirrors on the wall
-
Disconnect/connect any electrical components
-
Attach headboards or frames that require modification or alteration
-
Move furniture out of a room in order to lay a rug
-
Pick up adjustable beds, futons or waterbeds as salvage
