Can I return a bloomingdales.com purchase to a Bloomingdale's store?

Yes, many items purchased on bloomingdales.com can be returned or exchanged at a Bloomingdale's Department store*.

Bloomingdale’s The Outlet online purchases can be returned to a Bloomingdale’s Department store or by mail. However, we cannot accept any Bloomingdales.com returns in any of our Bloomingdale’s The Outlet stores. The Outlets can only accept Outlet store purchases for return.

Items sold and shipped by a third-party seller must be mailed back to the seller. Refunds will be processed once the seller has received the merchandise. Most refunds are processed within 5-10 days.
