Am I able to receive a price or promotion adjustment?

Bloomingdale’s will offer you a price adjustment based on the following conditions:

If you made your purchase on bloomingdales.com:

  • Price adjustments on eligible merchandise can only be made within 10 days of your order shipment.
  • If we are able to make an adjustment, we will refund the price difference to your original form of payment.
  • You can request a price adjustment through our email assistance.
  • If a purchase was made from a 3rd party seller, price adjustments cannot be supported

If you made your purchase at a Bloomingdale’s store:

  • Price adjustments on eligible merchandise can only be made within 10 days of your purchase.
  • If we are able to make an adjustment, we will refund the price difference to your original form of payment.
  • Price adjustment requests for store purchases must be made in-store.
  • If a purchase was made from a 3rd party seller, price adjustments cannot be supported
