  • We apologize for the inconvenience if an item arrived damaged or defective. To report property damage from a furniture or mattress delivery, please contact us within 3 days of your delivery.

Returns & Exchanges
    • Furniture can be returned for preference reasons within three (3) days of delivery.
    • Mattresses have a one (1) year preference period.
    • Applicable fees will apply to all preference returns.

    • Furniture: Contact Bloomingdale's Customer Service within the three-day preference period.
    • Mattresses: Contact your sales associate anytime within the one-year preference period. They will assist you with your reselection and arrange for pick up of the mattress you are not satisfied with.
  • To discuss available options¸ please contact your sales associate or call Bloomingdale’s during business hours.

    • Warranty Replacement: No, there are no fees associated with an exchange of mattress or furniture authorized by Bloomingdales found to have manufacturer defects.
    • Preference Return of Exchange: Yes, there are fees associated with a preference exchange or return. If you wish to return for preference reasons, you must contact Bloomingdale's Customer Service (1-800-323-7857) within 3 days of your delivery for furniture or 365 days for mattresses

  • Mattresses are expected to contour up to 1.5 inches over the life of the mattress. If your mattress has a contour and you would like it inspected, please email us

  • Please contact us within three days of delivery by emailing us, talking to your sales associate, or calling Customer Service at 1.800.323.7857 during business hours.

  • To file a claim, contact WORRYNOMORE® within 15 days of the incident. There are three convenient ways to do that:

    • Download the WORRYNOMORE® app or visit worrynomore.com
    • Call WORRYNOMORE® at 1.877.699.7166 (Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. EST)
  • Simply contact WORRYNOMORE® and make a claim regarding the stain, seam separations, rips or tears.

    To file a claim, contact WORRYNOMORE® within 15 days of the incident. There are three convenient ways to do that:
