What is the preference period for furniture and mattresses?

  • Furniture can be returned for preference reasons within three (3) days of delivery.
  • Mattresses have a one (1) year preference period.

What can I do if I did not receive my WORRYNOMORE® kit with my furniture purchase?

Please contact us within three days of delivery by emailing us , talking to your sales associate, or calling Customer Service at 1.800.323.7857 during business hours.

How do I file a claim with WORRYNOMORE?

To file a claim, contact WorryNoMore within 15 days of the incident. There are three convenient ways to do that:

What can I do if my mattress is contouring?

Mattresses are expected to contour up to 1.5 inches over the life of the mattress. If your mattress has a contour and you would like it inspected, please email us .

How do I report property damage from my furniture or mattress delivery?

What should I do if part of my furniture or mattress order is missing pieces, parts or hardware?
