Can my order be delivered internationally?

Yes! Through our arrangement with Borderfree, we're pleased to provide an enhanced international shipping experience for our customers. International shoppers receive the benefit of seeing product prices in their local currency, guaranteed order totals provided by Borderfree, cost-effective international shipping, and much more.

  • To place an international order, follow the instructions below:

    • From the bloomingdales.com homepage, click the flag in the upper-right corner of the homepage. If you do not see your flag then international ordering is not available in your location.
    • Select your shipping destination and preferred shopping currency and click "Save & Continue".

    To add items to your shopping bag:

    • Click on the desired item(s) and select "Add To Bag".
    • Once an item is added, select "Continue Shopping" button to return to browsing.


    To checkout:

    • Select your shopping bag in the upper-right corner of your browser.
    • You will see your merchandise total, including estimated shipping and estimated sales tax.
    • Select "Continue Checkout" and follow the prompts to place your order.
    • When you use the Borderfree global checkout, you'll be provided with an order total in your preferred currency. The order total displayed is the amount you'll be billed by Borderfree. There will not be any additional costs billed upon delivery or due as C.O.D. charges.


    Please Note: Taxes and duties are calculated during international checkout. Bloomingdales.com reserves the right to correct pricing errors.


  • At this time, only United States residents can sign up and choose gifts for a Wedding Registry. However, you can view existing registries for ideas and inspiration at our U.S. site, The Registry at Bloomingdale's.

    If you would like to purchase a gift and have it shipped to the U.S. and have an International billing address, please call Bloomingdale's Customer Service at (IDD #) + 1(513) 573-8170. We would be happy to assist you.

  • International shipping rates are determined during online checkout by Borderfree and are calculated based on a number of factors, including:

    • Desired shipping level (standard/express).
    • Merchandise purchased.
    • Weight of item(s).
    • Destination location/region.


  • If the Bloomingdale's offer contains an online promotion code, it can be applied to an online order. You can use one (1) promotion code per order.

    To apply a promo, during checkout on bloomingdales.com:

    • Enter the promotion code in the "Promo Code" box.
    • Click "Apply".
    • The discount will be reflected in the merchandise total.
    • Click "Continue Checkout".


  • To track your order, click here to access Borderfree's tracking page and enter your order number and email address.


  • Unfortunately, we're unable to change your order once it is confirmed. However, in the event that the shipping address on your order needs to be updated or you need to cancel your order, you can contact Customer Service:

    Please Note: Your order begins processing right away and it may not be possible to update the shipping address. If you are unable to make changes, our International Return Policy makes it easy to return your purchase.


  • Authorization holds occur when a purchase is made online or by phone. An authorization hold for the entire amount of the order is placed on your credit card when the order is confirmed. Once the merchandise ships, your credit card will be charged and the hold is removed.

    If you're using a debit card to make your purchase, we'll request an authorization from your bank for the transaction amount immediately after you submit. Your bank will place a hold on these funds in anticipation of receiving the actual withdrawal from your deposit account. We do not process the actual charge to your debit card until your order is shipped; however, we will request another authorization from your bank to verify that the funds remain available if there is a delay from your order date to our shipping date.

    In the event that your order is cancelled, you may contact your bank to request an immediate release of any holds on your deposit account. If your bank is unable to assist you, please email us at internationalcustomerservice@bloomingdales.com with the following:

    • Name
    • Order number
    • Date of purchase
    • Transaction amount
    • Customer location of origin
    • Issuing bank name and the fax number or email address


    The exact timeframe for removal is determined by your card's issuing bank.
