When I'm shopping at Bloomingdale's, do I have to use my Bloomingdale's Credit Card to earn points?
No. You will accumulate one point per dollar spent when you pay with cash, or any accepted credit or debit card, other than the Bloomingdale's Credit Card. However, you will accumulate more points if you use a Bloomingdale's Store or Bloomingdale's American Express® card.
If you are not paying with your Bloomingdale's Store or Bloomingdale's American Express® card in store, be sure to let your sales associate know you are a Loyallist member. Also, be sure to add your Loyallist Number to your bloomingdales.com account, or at checkout, to accumulate points for online purchases.
What happens to my points if I return merchandise?
If you return merchandise, we will reduce your Loyallist Points Balance. If you do not have enough points in your Loyallist account and you have outstanding Reward(s) with a balance, we will reduce the value of your outstanding Reward Cards by 1¢ for every 2 points earned on your returned purchase. If you have redeemed your Rewards, we will reduce the amount you receive for your return by 1¢ for every 2 points earned on your returned merchandise.

Do I earn points when I purchase a Bloomingdale's Gift Card?
Only base points are earned on purchases of Bloomingdale's Gift Cards. Bonus points are not earned.
Will my Loyallist points expire at the end of the year?
On January 1 of each year, 85% of all remaining points on your Points Account will be forfeited. If you have a negative Points Account Value on January 1, that amount will remain in the new calendar year. Points may also expire on inactive Loyallist accounts.
Please note, only points are forfeited; Rewards are not forfeited and are valid until their expiration date.
When will I receive my points for online purchases?
Points for bloomingdales.com purchases will be added to your Loyallist account when your merchandise ships.
If I make a purchase outside of Bloomingdale's with my Bloomingdale's American Express card, when will points be added to my Loyallist account?
Points accumulated on purchases made outside of Bloomingdale's are added to your Loyallist account following the last day of the billing period for your Bloomingdale's American Express account.
Will I accumulate points on special orders?
Yes. Your points will be awarded on the day you pick up your merchandise. If you need an adjustment to the points awarded on your purchase, please work with your Sales Associate or call Customer Service at 1-800-600-5402.
What should I do if I didn't receive points for a recent purchase?
Simply call a Bloomingdale's Customer Service representative at 1-800-600-5402 to review your Loyallist account.
My Triple Points Days
How many Triple Points Days do I get?
Loyallists are eligible for 2 Triple Points Days per calendar year, Loyallists at the Top of the List are eligible for 3 Triple Points Days per calendar year, and Loyallists at the Top of the List Unlocked are eligible for 4 Triple Points Days per calendar year.
Your Triple Points Days are available on January 1 and expire on December 31 of each year.

How do I attain Top of the List status?
Spending $5,000 in net purchases with your Loyallist Number or your Bloomingdale's Credit Card in our U.S. stores, in our outlets, or at bloomingdales.com in a calendar year qualifies you for the Top of the List. Upgrades are processed 60 days after meeting the spend requirement.
What benefits do Top of the List customers receive?
Once I reach Top of the List status, how long am I at the Top of the List?
Once you qualify for Top of the List status, you're there for the rest of the calendar year and the next full calendar year. You must continue to spend $5,000 a year at Bloomingdale's on your Loyallist Number to retain Top of the List status.
If I spend $5,000 in a calendar year at Bloomingdale's, when will I start accumulating points at the Top of the List level?
You will start accumulating points at the Top of the List rate (4 points per dollar spent at Bloomingdale's with your Bloomingdale's Credit Card) 60 days after you spend $5,000, if your net spend is still more than $5,000 at that time.

How do I attain Top of the List Unlocked status?
You can achieve Top of the List Unlocked status by spending $15,000 at Bloomingdale's on your Loyallist Number in a calendar year.
Upgrades to Top of the List Unlocked status occur on a semiannual basis, in February and July. You will be upgraded to Top of the List Unlocked status in February if you reach $15,000 before January 1. You will be upgraded to Top of the List Unlocked status in July if you reach $15,000 before June 1.

What can I buy with my Reward?
What if I continue to shop on the day my Reward is issued?
If you continue to shop on the day a Reward is issued and reach the 5,000 point threshold again that day, an additional $25 will be added to your Reward. You will receive a message on your receipt or an additional email stating the new balance of your Reward.
What should I do if I did not receive my Reward?
Check your email for your Reward. If you do not have your email on file, check your bWallet here . Otherwise, you may simply call a Customer Service representative at 1-800-600-5402 to discuss your Loyallist account.
When can I start using my Reward?
Your Reward is automatically activated the day after it is issued to you. It is valid for 180 days after it is activated.
How do I use my Reward on bloomingdales.com?
Make sure you are signed in to your account on bloomingdales.com before checkout-you will be able to view and apply all your valid Rewards on the Shipping & Payment page. If someone has given you his or her Reward Card, you can apply it manually by selecting "Add a Reward Card or Gift Card" on the Shipping & Payment page.
How do I use my emailed Reward in store?
Simply ask the store associate to look up your valid Rewards at the time of purchase.

If you are not a Bloomingdale's Cardholder you can access your 13-digit number from your Membership Card.
If you are a Bloomingdale's Cardholder, you will not receive a physical Membership Card. Once you create a profile on bloomingdales.com and add your Bloomingdale's Card to your profile, your Loyallist account number can be found in the My Loyallist section of your profile.

How do I add my Loyallist number to my online profile?
A Membership card is issued to Bloomingdale's customers who do not have a Bloomingdale's Credit Card and wish to enroll in the Loyallist program.

Will the other cardholders on my account get points and Rewards?
Each Bloomingdale's Store and Bloomingdale's American Express® card accoun t has only one Loyallist account attached to it regardless of how many cardholders and authorized users are on the account.
You will accumulate points in the Loyallist account regardless of which cardholder makes the purchase.
If a Reward is issued at a register, it will be given to whoever made the purchase that resulted in a 5,000 point balance.
Why can't everyone in my house list the same phone number on different Loyallist accounts?
Each Loyallist account has a unique Loyallist Number and is associated with a unique phone number. The phone number can be used to locate a Loyallist account so each account must have a unique phone number.
Who can participate in the Loyallist program?
Clients with a physical address in the U.S., U.S. territories or Canada are eligible for the program.
