Bloomingdale's offers you the option to buy online and pick up same day, with no shipping fee incurred. Most orders are ready for 2 hours or less! You can choose to pick up in the store at one of our counters or outside with contact-free curbside.

Here's how it works :

1. Search for items that are eligible for in-store pickup using the Shipping and Pickup filter on the left side of the web page.

1. Add products to your Brown Bag.
2. Select in-store pickup as your delivery option.
3. Confirm additional pickup details.
4. You'll receive an order confirmation email.
5. You'll receive a second email when your pickup is ready. Time to head to the store!
6. If you want to pick up at the counter, no additional action is needed. If you want to pick up curbside, click the "check-in" button in the pickup email and notify the store when you are on your way and when you’ve arrived. When can I pick up my Curbside Order?

Who can pick up my order?

If you place an order online, you are the primary pickup person. If you prefer, you can designate an alternate pickup person during Checkout. These are the only two people who can pick up the order in-store.

Note: A valid government-issued ID is required to pick up the order in-store.

Where do I pick up my order?

Pickup locations will vary by store. Instructions with a precise location will be included in your pickup notification email.

What if I can't pick up my order on the same day?

No problem! We will hold your order for 7 business days—no further action is needed. If your last day to pick up is on a weekend, please pick up your order by the Friday before the weekend.

What do I need to bring to pick up my order?

Either you or your alternate pickup person must bring a copy of the pickup notification email (includes barcode), plus a valid government-issued ID (driver's license, passport, or military ID). Your ID may be swiped at the register for verification.
