Area rugs must be returned within 14 days after delivery.<ul><li data-block-key="88q0i">Rugs must be in saleable, original condition.</li><li data-block-key="276ed">If purchased in a store, it must be returned to the location of purchase.</li></ul>

Returns must be initiated within 3 days of delivery and may incur a 15% restocking fee.<ul><li data-block-key="f59gr">Delivery fees will not be refunded.</li><li data-block-key="20k7">Furniture protection plans will be refunded.</li><li data-block-key="eg444">Items must be returned in their original, new condition.</li><li data-block-key="a54mh">If your item arrives damaged, please contact Bloomingdale’s Customer service at <a href="tel:1-800-323-7857">1-800-323-7857</a>.</li><li data-block-key="17h81">Outdoor furniture delivered on or after June 27th cannot be returned.</li></ul>

Furniture

Mattresses

Most returns will be accepted within 30 days, must be mailed directly back to the seller, and can be initiated through our <a href="https://www.bloomingdales.com/returns">online return tool</a>. If you choose to return the item in a Bloomingdale’s store, please proceed to the bHelpful desk to drop it off. Items cannot be refunded in stores; however, a store associate can assist with shipping the item back on your behalf. Once the seller receives the item, they will process a refund, provided it meets the Bloomingdale’s Return Policy. Most refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. Items shipped by a third-party seller are not eligible for exchanges or price adjustments. However, you may contact Customer Service at <a href="tel:1-800-777-0000">1.800.777.0000</a> to return your items and place a new order for any items you wish to exchange. <w3 style="font-size:1.25em;">Exceptions</w3><ul><li data-block-key="dhhu5">myGemma, pre-owned fine jewelry and REBAG items are pre-owned and must be returned within 14 days of purchase if made in-store, or 14 days of delivery if purchased online.</li><li data-block-key="eiuh6">Prada merchandise must be returned within 3 days of purchase if made in-store, or 3 days of delivery if purchased online.</li></ul>
